Who can advertise property on this site? Estate agents are welcome to list their properties on pickaproperty.co.uk. Unfortunately we do not accept adverts from private sellers due to adherence to the property descriptions act. What does it cost? £10 per lead, by email or phone via our 0845 number, up to a maximum of £80 per branch per month. No other charges apply. How can we load our properties onto Pick a Property? Pick a Property can automatically accept data from most reputable estate agent applications. Please ask your software provider to set up a data feed. Properties can also be entered or modified manually via our web page.
